Do your products contain palm oil?

We’re very aware that palm oil is an important subject to many vegans and non vegans alike and so we wanted to address it’s use in our products up front. Some of our products do contain small amounts of palm oil, however many are palm oil free. If palm oil free is a particular preference for you then let us know and we can advise which products are suitable.

Do you cater for events?

We are more than happy to cater for events. We do ask for a minimum of 4 weeks notice for event orders, although the more notice the better. As far as our price for events, this will depend entirely on the number of products required and so will be decided on an individual basis.

Can I order products that aren’t on the products page?

Absolutely, we love getting requests for cakes and bakes that don’t already feature on our products page, we’re always up for a challenge! Please do be aware though that developing new products can take time and so we are unlikely to be able to commit to strict timescales.

Are your cakes gluten free?

Our standard recipes are not gluten free however we are able to offer a NGCI (non-gluten-containing-ingredient) option for some of our products, including our 8 inch cakes, so please feel free to ask (please note however that these products would still be made in an environment that handles gluten containing ingredients. We therefore cannot guarantee that trace amounts of gluten will not be present).

Why ‘Flo’s Kitchen’?

Jess is affectionately called ‘Flo’ by her family after her middle name Florence and since the business was born from her ideas and passion and Flo’s Kitchen had a nice ring to it, the name stuck!
